Significant Alterations
With effect from 1st January 2005 the following
changes to the services provided by John Trenhaile
will take effect.
1. I can no longer guarantee that any given project will
automatically be completed within six weeks. In each
case, a completion date will be agreed with the author.
2. All submissions will attract a preliminary reading fee
of £50.00 (on which no VAT is payable). No material
will be read unless accompanied by the reading fee.
3. If I agree to accept you as a client, your preliminary
reading fee will be set against the full invoiced fee
payable on completion of the critique. But if I do not
agree to accept you as a client, the reading fee will be
non-refundable.
4. Absent exceptional circumstances, clients will be invited
to submit their material as an e-mail attachment. Because
I travel a great deal, hard-copy submissions are no longer
practical.
